How it works

From booking to handover in ten steps

The whole process runs in your client area. You never need a call to buy, and every status change is confirmed by email.

  1. 01

    Choose a package

Each package has a fixed duration and price. Pick the one whose example deliverables look like what you need.

  2. 02

Pick a start date and time

The calendar only shows slots that are really free, in your timezone, with my timezone noted. A slot is held for 15 minutes while you complete the booking.

  3. 03

    Write a short brief

Goal, current situation, access to provide, links and files. It is saved as a draft at every step and editable until 24 hours before the start.

  4. 04

    Pay

By card through Mollie, with prepaid hours, or a combination. VAT is computed from your country and VAT number.

  5. 05

    Instant confirmation

You receive the confirmation email with the calendar invite (.ics) and the invoice. Guests get an account created automatically.

  6. 06

    Pre-sprint checklist

A short email lists what to prepare and which access to grant so the slot starts at full speed.

  7. 07

    Delivery day

I start at the booked time. The live status page shows in progress, delivered, then in fix window. Questions go through the booking thread.

  8. 08

    Deliverables and handover notes

Links, files, source code and notes are posted in your client area at the end of the slot.

  9. 09

    Fix window

For 7 days you can report anything that does not work as described in the brief. I fix it at no cost.

  10. 10

    Closed, review requested

The booking is closed and you can leave a review.
